How many years experience do we have?
Renee Rapee, owner, has been in the holiday lighting industry for 14 years and started Seasonal Solutions in 2010.
Are we insured?
Yes! We hold a general liability policy that well exceed limit requirements even for municipalities.
Are we required to purchase lights from your company?
No, we typically lease out the lights to you. This ensures that any bad bulbs or strands are our responsibility to replace.
Will Seasonal Solutions install my lights or decorations?
Yes, we can definitely help with the installation and removal of your lights and decorations for an hourly rate, though we require a minimum of 4 hours for the job.
However, we do not guarantee that the lights we install for you will work. That is your responsibility. If a strand of your lights stop working during the season, we can help you out for a small trip charge.
Is there an average cost to hang lights?
No, each lighting plan is customized for the property. We suggest scheduling a free estimate to get an idea of what it would cost to decorate your property.
What's required pior to installation?
We require a 50% deposit along with a signed proposal prior to installation. For all orders of custom made greenery we need a minimum of 2 weeks after receiving the signed proposal and deposit to create your greenery.
Do you purchase the garlands and wreaths you use?
We only purchase the supplies needed to create you wreath or garland. When we say customized, we mean it! You tell us what colors and/or theme you would like and we will take it from there. If you can picture it, we will create it!
